Gerard McKeever is a writer and academic based in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland.
He is currently publishing a series of short stories.
Film collaborations are also in the pipeline.
Gerard is in a postdoctoral position at the University of Glasgow, where he completed a PhD in English Literature in 2014. He publishes a range of scholarly work.
Other ongoing projects include Collation, a darkly comedic novel about contemporary Scotland.
A further novel is underway and provisionally titled The Bruce Report.
Gerard reviews for the Glasgow Review of Books. He has held the roles of Chief Writer for the Glasgow University Magazine and Music Editor for the Glasgow University Guardian, and has blogged for the Sunday Mail and The Stove Network.
Poetry publications include work for the Last Days of Analogue project and The Kelvingrove Review.
